25 works by the renowned French sculptor, Bernar Venet, were set up on the lush grounds of the Isleworth Golf & Country Club in Windermere, Florida. Armed with a vision for the catalogue that was going to be the main selling tool for these monumental sculptures for Sotheby’s, I flew down to Orlando with 2 photographers to art direct the photography. We got my favorite shot, a portrait of the artist himself, Bernar Venet, with his work "Arc" taken from a cherry picker high above. The curved motifs of Venet's art pieces inspired the rounded corners of the catalogue. Someone kindly reposted spreads from the book online, at the link below:

Each annual report has a different tailored message about the business.

2018 featured an interactive online version with a video and highlighted the successes of the year in numbers as well as celebrated Sotheby's 275th anniversary.

2017 ‘s cover featured the Jean-Michel Basquiat purchase by a Japanese collector highlighting the power of social media.

2016 ‘s cover highlighted the celebrity sale of David Bowie’s personal art collection.

2008 played up Sotheby’s resilience in weathering up and down economic cycles. To illustrate this and working closely with writer Liz Marston we researched and created a timeline of Sotheby's benchmark moments since the beginnings of the auction house as a bookseller in 1744. The foldout format allowed us to condense 264 years of rich history into just a few colorful pages.

Last two samples were created at Lilian Tang Design in Hong Kong for the local subway system and the Jockey Club.

Vosges Haut Chocolat/Sotheby's co-branded chocolate box packaging

Branding for Cinecitta, an upscale Italian restaurant in Wanchai Hong Kong. The name heralds back to Fellini's movie studio. I worked with photographer Joan Boivin to create black and white images for the main look, setting up restaurant stem glasses and lighting them to cast moving picture like shadows inspired by classic italian movies. Creation of logo, applications to menus, coasters and matchbooks and stationery. This entry was accepted into the Japanese Art Directors Club.

I worked closely with celebrated French designer James de Givenchy to create this concept book to showcase his jewelry creations for Sotheby's. The architectural inspirations for his unique jewels are featured as black and white photographs of engineering details such as the vaulted ceiling of a cathedral or the window pattern of a skyscraper. The foil stamped cloth bound hard cover book fits into its matching slipcase.

Tasked with the design refresh of Sotheby's jewelry and watches packaging, I spearheaded the rebranding of the luxury goods shopping experience. Contrasting two-tone Yves Klein blue and navy blue color palette, soft and rich feeling faux suede and leather materials and matching shopping bags with gold foil and embossed logos complete the look. This was extended to corporate collateral, stationery and swag, keeping Sotheby's elegant yet classic and understated look.

When we started up the Sotheby's VIP Loyalty program we opted to give it its own distinctive branding. The silver mailer is the first introductory package new VIPs receive with their very own Sotheby's Preferred loyalty card. This coveted membership card offers many privileges including worldwide museum access.

Sotheby’s celebrated its 275 year anniversary by ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange in March 2019.

I designed the logo, branding and applications to the NYSE, and extended to T shirts and building signage at our headquarters throughout the year. Sotheby’s (Ticker symbol BID) is the oldest company on the NYSE.
